Conditions:

  3. Customers can only participate in ONE (1) promotion at a time. To claim another bonus, the current active bonus must be completed or canceled.

  4. Customers can claim the reload bonus ONCE per day during the promotion period.

  5. Upon completion of the deposit, the bonus will be automatically credited. Both the deposit and bonus must be completed the rollover requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits not used for the promotion are subject to a ONE (1) time rollover.
    For Example:
    • Player A is in Diamond tier and deposits RM 2,500
    • Bonus awarded: RM 2,500 x 20% = Capped at RM 250
    • Eligible deposit for bonus: RM 250/ 20% = RM 1,250
    • Remaining deposit: RM 2,500 – RM 1,250 = RM 1,250
    • Rollover requirement: (RM 1,250 + RM 250) x 10 = RM 15,000

  6. Withdrawals are restricted while the promotion is active. Canceling the promotion before meeting requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
