Fantasy Selection

TAKE PART!

  1. Selection Details
  • Overview:
    • Each selection is held within a specified registration period (e.g., "12/10 03:00:00 ~ 12/11 03:59:59").
    • Fantasy selections are based on real-world sports leagues (e.g., Premier League, La Liga). Participants must select teams to form their fantasy lineup, which can be from a single league or a mix of leagues.
    • Selections are limited to a single sport type.
  • Prize Pools & Participation:
    • Each selection may include multiple prize pools, each with a fixed participation cap. Once the cap is reached, no further entries are accepted. Unlimited pools do not have such restrictions.
    • Each participant must pay a designated entry fee to join a prize pool.
    • The same participant may enter the same prize pool multiple times.
  1. Game Rules
  • Participants must select 4 teams before the end of the registration period to form their fantasy lineup.
  • All lineup information will only be disclosed after the registration period ends.
  • Scoring: Each selected team's goal during regular time earns 1 point.
  • Ranking & Results: Rankings are based on the actual number of goals scored by the selected teams.
  • The participant with the highest score wins the prize pool.
  • If any real-world match is postponed or canceled, the selection will be voided and all entry fees fully refunded.
  • Official Data Corrections and Score Adjustments:
    • The platform relies on third-party official data sources to calculate match results and scores. In the event that the official data provider makes corrections or adjustments (e.g., goal count changes, match result updates, technical errors), the platform reserves the right to recalculate scores and adjust rankings accordingly. Such corrections may occur after the selection ends, and participants agree that the platform's decision on final scores and rankings shall be deemed final and binding.
  1. Prize & Settlement
  • The company will charge a 5% service fee from each participant's entry fee. The remaining 95% goes into the prize pool.
  • The prize pool is calculated based on all valid entries after deducting the service fee.
  • A prize pool is considered valid with at least 2 entries, regardless of whether it's full.
  • Prize Distribution:
    • The winner(s) will receive the full prize pool amount.
    • If the pool has only 1 entry, the full entry amount (including the service fee) will be refunded.
    • If 3 or more participants tie for the highest score, the prize pool will be evenly split.
    • If a pool contains only 2 entries, the entry fees will be refunded under either of the following conditions:
      • Both entries are submitted by the same participant.
      • The 2 participants with the same total score.
    • Buy-in Terms
      • Each prize pool has a fixed entry fee, displayed in the participant’s account currency.
      • Participants are required to buy in to enter the pool. The pool will then display an estimated total prize, calculated from all entries.
      • As the pool consists of entries from global participants using multiple currencies, the displayed total prize amount is an estimate only. The final prize amount will be determined in accordance with the platform’s exchange rate at the time of payout.
  1. Participant Code of Conduct (Anti-Cheating Mechanism)

The company is committed to maintaining fairness and platform integrity. If a participant is found engaging in any of the following behaviors, it will be deemed a violation. • Multi-Accounting: Entering the same selection or prize pool multiple times under different identities, accounts, or devices.
  • Last-Minute Arbitrage: Mass entering right before the deadline, mirroring popular lineups to force ties or control pool results.
  • Data Scraping & System Tampering: Using technical methods (e.g., API abuse, crawlers, traffic sniffing, reverse-engineering) to obtain other participants' lineups or undisclosed data.
  • Self-Matching or Fake Entry Behavior: Using multiple accounts to bet against oneself or simulate fake competition to generate artificial traffic.

  • Temporarily restrict or block account functionality based on risk assessment.

4.3 Penalties & Dispute Resolution

  • The company reserves the right to cancel participation and winnings of violators and deny refunds.
  • Accounts found in violation will be permanently banned from all selections.
  • Participants may file a dispute within 3 days by providing supporting documentation for review.
  • While participants may raise a dispute within 3 days by submitting relevant evidence, the company retains sole and final discretion in determining the outcome.
  1. Interpretation & Final Decision
  • The company reserves the final right to interpret and modify these terms. Unspecified matters will be announced and supplemented at the company's discretion. No objections will be entertained.
  • In the event of any doubt regarding results, prize distribution, or participation eligibility, the company may refer to internal records, risk control systems, and match data to make final determinations, which are not subject to appeal.
  • By registering for a selection, participants are deemed to have agreed to all terms, including any subsequent updates.
